Duct Clamp – Steel - Size 30”
The duct clamp is made out of steel and the size is 30”.
Function
The screw clamp employs a stainless steel band which wraps around ducting as it makes a connection with a barb or nipple. The screw on the outer portion of the band is then turned, and the tightening action of the screw fits the band to the port, forming a secure connection to clamp together ducts.
Applications
The clamp is used to clamp together ducts and appliances, working with automotive components, and other instances where ducting and hoses need to be secured.

How wide is the band? And what gauge is the band?

Will this work on a pipe with a 30.5" dia?

I have an application which has a filter element 1/8” thick around a 24” drum. Does the 30” close enough to clamp 24 -1/4”?
The 30" duct clamp would not close around a 24" drum, but the 26" duct clamp would be just fine for that size.
